For those who have some experience practising Vipassana meditation. Registration. Instruction by Henk van Voorst and Aad Verboom.
There will be intensive practice during the weekend, through which you will gain deeper insight into yourself and purify your mind. We will practise primarily walking and sitting meditation; at the end there will be a discussion period, in which there will be plenty of time to discuss your experience based on the theory. This will help you gain a better understanding of what mindfulness is and what it can do for you, not only during the formal practice but also in your daily life.
